Elders & Bylaws

Elders are nominated and elected by a majority vote of sitting elders for renewable two year terms according to 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1. The broader vision, mission and governance associated with the Crossroads implementation of annual ministry plans through the pastors, staff and church body are prayerfully vetted and ratified on an annual basis. The elders meet on the 2nd Monday evening of each month.
